U&C UAS s.r.o. is seeking an experienced specialist responsible for coordinating international transportation, customs procedures, and import/export operations across Europe, the USA, Asia, Latin America, and Africa.
This is an independent and responsible position offering the opportunity to participate in international projects and actively influence the company’s logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customs clearance of imports from China and the USA to the Czech Republic
- Managing export customs clearance to the USA, India, Latin American and African countries
- Organizing air, sea, and road transportation
- Calculating logistics and transportation costs
- Communicating with carriers, customs brokers, business partners, and government authorities
- Obtaining import, export, and transit licenses
- Coordinating international import and export operations
- Optimizing logistics processes and identifying efficient solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or customs clearance
- Strong understanding of import and export procedures
- Experience with international transportation and customs regulations
- Ability to independently coordinate multiple processes simultaneously
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Czech language proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Ukrainian or Russian language skills are considered an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP/CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility
