U&C UAS expands its international presence and signs new contracts with partners in the EU and NATO

European company U&C UAS s.r.o., specializing in the development and production of advanced unmanned systems, announces the expansion of its international operations and the conclusion of a number of new contracts with foreign partners.
As part of its global development strategy, the company has signed cooperation and supply agreements with partners in member states of the European Union and NATO.

The concluded contracts provide for the delivery of unmanned aerial systems for various applications, their adaptation to customer requirements, operator training, technical support, and the development of long-term technological partnerships.

Expansion of Global Presence

The new agreements confirm the growing international competitiveness of U&C UAS and reflect sustained demand for European solutions in the field of unmanned and robotic systems.

In 2026, U&C plans to further expand its presence in stable partner countries aligned with EU and NATO standards, reinforcing its long-term global development strategy. The company is currently conducting negotiations with potential partners and government institutions in several countries of the region regarding the supply of unmanned systems, the establishment of service infrastructure, and the launch of joint technological projects. Expansion into these regions is viewed as a strategic step within the company’s broader global expansion and export diversification strategy.

The company emphasizes that all international cooperation is carried out strictly within applicable legal frameworks and under the supervision of competent state authorities.

Strategic Priority — Europe and Support for Ukraine

Despite the expansion of its international activities, the company’s strategic priority remains strengthening the defence capabilities of the European Union and supporting Ukraine.

During the period of the full-scale war, with the support of public institutions, the company implemented initiatives under which the Defence Forces of Ukraine received hundreds of reconnaissance unmanned systems free of charge, with a total value amounting to tens of millions of euros. These systems are currently deployed in combat operations, directly contributing to the protection of Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

U&C and TUNGA Aerospace have signed a contract

U&C UAS, a Czech manufacturer of advanced unmanned solutions, and TUNGA Aerospace Industries Private Limited, an innovative aerospace company based in India, have signed a contract for the delivery of unmanned aerial systems for India.

The agreement was signed on February 3, 2026, and covers the supply of sample unmanned aerial systems together with a comprehensive package of related services, including the professional training of pilots and operators.

This contract represents the practical continuation of cooperation previously established between the two companies in November 2025, signed in the Czech MoD and marks a new operational phase in Czech–Indian collaboration in the field of unmanned technologies.

Within the scope of the contract, the cooperation includes:

  • delivery of advanced unmanned aerial systems,
  • technical adaptation of solutions to customer requirements,
  • professional training of pilots and operators,
  • long-term technical and expert support for production in India

Strategic Importance

The signing of this contract is an important milestone for U&C UAS in expanding its presence in the Asian market through collaboration and confirms the international competitiveness of Czech unmanned systems.

Both companies emphasize that this contract is only the beginning of broader and more ambitious plans. The partnership is expected to develop into long-term cooperation involving joint research, development, and production of unmanned arial systems.

Strengthening EU–India Industrial Cooperation

The contract between U&C UAS s.r.o. and TUNGA Aerospace Industries Private Limited is among the first practical examples of cooperation between European and Indian companies emerging within the renewed EU–India partnership framework.

Following the signing of the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) between the European Union and India on 27 January 2026, a new foundation has been established for economic, industrial, and technological cooperation between Europe and the Indo-Pacific region. The agreement creates favourable conditions for deeper partnerships, including in high-technology and defence-related industries.
