U&C at Drone Summit 2026 in Riga

U&C UAS s.r.o. was proud to participate in Drone Summit 2026 in Riga, Latvia, together with other companies representing the Czech pavilion.

During the event, we showcased our flagship ISR UAV platform — STORK LR, demonstrating advanced reconnaissance and surveillance capabilities designed for modern defense challenges.

Our participation at Drone Summit 2026 reflects U&C UAS’s strategic commitment to strengthening our presence in the Baltic region and supporting the defense capabilities of NATO’s northern flank through cutting-edge UAV technologies and operational innovation.

We would like to thank the organizers, partners, and all visitors for the valuable discussions, new connections, and shared vision for the future of defense technologies.

European Defense Tech – Prague Edition 2026

May 15-17 in Prague became a meeting point for builders shaping the future of defense technology.

Over 130 founders, engineers, operators, and innovators came together for 48 hours to work on real defense challenges — from UAV navigation and autonomous systems to counter-UAS and drone interception.

At U&C UAS, we were proud to support this initiative as a key partner and bring something critical to the event: real-world operational experience.

Together, we organized a live field demo day

Participants had the opportunity to test prototypes under real conditions and witness live demonstrations of U&C systems in action.

At U&C UAS, we develop combat-proven unmanned systems shaped by battlefield experience — platforms designed for reconnaissance, ISR missions, and operation in contested environments.

Defense innovation must go beyond presentations and theory. Real progress happens through testing, iteration, and collaboration in the field.

U&C Signs Contract to Supply Reconnaissance Drones to the U.S. Army in Europe

The Czech UAV manufacturer U&C UAS announces the signing of an international contract to supply advanced unmanned aerial systems to U.S. Army units stationed in Europe. The agreement is aimed at strengthening allied defense capabilities and enhancing security across the European continent, where the deployment of modern drone systems is becoming a critical element of deterrence and protection.

In partnership with @ATP Gov, a U.S. government contractor, U&C will supply specialized unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) under contract to support intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) missions for U.S. operations in Europe. The UAV systems will play a key role in enhancing the protection of U.S. military bases across the European continent.

The agreement follows the successful evaluation of U&C’s reconnaissance drone system during military exercises simulating modern high-intensity conflict scenarios. The platform demonstrated strong reliability, operational efficiency, and the ability to perform effectively in conditions close to real combat operations.

“Our valued customer praised our ability to provide critical ISR capabilities, offering long-endurance surveillance and real-time data to significantly enhance situational awareness. Our UAV system is a versatile reconnaissance tool and a robust solution, capable of meeting the rigorous demands of modern military missions,” said David Jirman, CCO of U&C UAS.

Following the exercises, U.S. Army representatives noted that U&C’s unmanned solutions enhance existing ISR capabilities by providing long-endurance surveillance and real-time intelligence transmission. These capabilities are essential for improving situational awareness and enabling rapid operational response amid growing security challenges in Europe.
